Mark Galant, Chief Executive Officer

As founder and Chief Executive of GAIN Capital Group, Mark draws upon 25-years of capital markets experience and a strong strategic vision. Under his leadership, the Company has grown into one of the largest and most successful companies in the online forex industry.

Prior to forming GAIN Capital in October 1999, Mark was the number two executive at FNX Limited, an international provider of trading and risk management systems. During his six year tenure, Mark was instrumental in transforming FNX into a world-class software and services firm and, according to Inc. Magazine, one of the 500 fastest-growing companies in the U.S. in 1996, 1997 and 1998.

Before joining FNX in 1994, Mark served as global head of foreign exchange options trading at Credit Suisse. There, he expanded a small regional operation into one of the world's largest and most respected global foreign exchange options trading organizations, trading $4 billion per day. Prior to Credit Suisse, Mark ran the foreign exchange options desk at Chemical Bank. He also traded all financial products as a money manager for Paul Tudor Jones at Tudor Investment Corporation. During his early years on Wall Street, Mark was a floor trader, successfully trading his own account on several of New York's commodities exchanges. He holds a BS in Finance from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Mark serves on the Board of Directors of FNX Limited and is a member of the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce Advisory Board.

Glenn Stevens, Managing Director

Glenn oversees sales and trading at GAIN Capital Group. A member of GAIN's executive management team, he also manages GAIN Capital Asset Management (GCAM), which operates two professionally managed forex programs with $60 million in assets.

Widely known and respected in the industry, Glenn is a frequent guest on CNBC and has also appeared as an FX market analyst on FOX News' Your World with Neil Cavuto, CNNfn, and Bloomberg Radio, among others. Glenn's 25 years of FX experience includes senior trading positions at some of Wall Street's most prestigious financial institutions. Prior to joining GAIN in 2000, Glenn was managing director, head of North American sales and trading at Natwest Bank. In this role, Glenn directly managed a staff of over 50 trading and sales professionals and also served as a senior member of Natwest's North American Management Committee. From 1990 to 1997, Glenn was at Merrill Lynch and Co., hired as a USD/JPY trader and eventually promoted to the bank's management team as managing director and chief dealer for Spot and Forward FX. While at Merrill Lynch, Glenn developed the investment bank's emerging markets currency trading desk and increased profitability threefold in 2 years. During this time Glenn also served as the Federal Reserve Bank's FX representative for investment banks. Glenn's Wall Street career began in 1984 at Bankers Trust Company. Glenn holds a BS in Finance from Bucknell University and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University.

Chris Calhoun, Chief Operations Officer

Chris is directly responsible for GAIN Capital Group's daily operations within application development, infrastructure, and back office operations as well as coordination between all the departments at the firm. Chris is also a member of GAIN's executive management team.

Prior to joining GAIN Capital in 2001, Mr. Calhoun was Chief Operating Officer of FNX Limited, a provider of trading and risk management solutions to the international financial community. During his eight-year tenure at FNX, Chris helped grow the firm from an early stage start-up of 10 employees to well over 200 employees located in 7 offices around the world. In his early days at FNX, Chris spearheaded large scale, mission-critical system implementations and managed the support operation for the firm's largest sales office in New York. Later, as a member of senior management, Chris assumed responsibility for several key roles, including that of COO, Global Head of Sales and Marketing, and Senior Managing Director, Professional Services. Chris holds a BS in Finance and English and an MBA from La Salle University.

Alexander R. Bobinski, CPA, Chief Financial Officer

Alex is responsible for the firm's financial operations, including accounting, treasury and cash management, and reporting. As a member of the executive management team, he also focuses on strategic corporate development and expansion initiatives.

Alex brings to GAIN 18 years of financial, accounting and capital markets experience in and around the futures industry. Most recently, he was chief financial officer at Refco, LLC, the futures trading and clearing division of Refco Inc. and a regulated Futures Commission Merchant (FCM). Alex managed the finance, treasury and accounting operations of the firm, as well as due diligence and integration efforts for acquisitions.

Previously, Alex spent 10 years at Nomura Securities International as vice president and controller for their futures and options business. Additionally, for twelve years he was sole proprietor of Futures Accounting and Consulting Services providing accounting and compliance services to Commodity Pool Operators, Commodity Trading Advisors and Introducing Brokers. Alex also served as controller/compliance director at Bridgewater USA, Inc. Alex began his career at the National Futures Association as an in-charge auditor. A Certified Public Accountant, Alex also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Accounting from Ramapo College of New Jersey.

Thomas Baxter, Senior Vice President, Risk Management

Tom is responsible for the overall management of the legal and compliance functions of GAIN Capital Group. He serves as the Company's liaison with GAIN's regulatory agencies, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and the National Futures Association (NFA). Tom is also a member of GAIN's executive management team.

Tom joined GAIN in 2002, bringing with him over 14 years of experience in operations, finance, trading and systems development. Previously, Tom was vice president, director of financial planning at National Healthcare Resources. As a member of the senior management team and the firm's operating committee, Tom helped guide the company through its rapid expansion from 35 employees to over 1400. Prior to that, Tom spent nine years in various risk management and product management roles at financial services firms including DKB Financial Products and Lehman Brothers. Tom holds a Dual Degree in Management and Technology from the University of Pennsylvania, including a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of Business and a BS in Engineering from the Moore School of Electrical Engineering. Tom is certified by the Global Association of Risk Professionals as a Financial Risk Manager.

Samantha Roady, Senior Vice President, Marketing

Samantha is responsible for GAIN's worldwide marketing and communications strategies and manages the firm's tactical marketing programs, including on- and off-line advertising, media and analyst relations, direct response initiatives, promotions and events. Samantha is also a member of GAIN's executive management team.

Samantha brings to GAIN extensive experience marketing products and services in the financial services IT arena. Samantha joined GAIN Capital in October 1999 from FNX Limited, where she was director of marketing for the international trading and risk management systems provider. In that role, Samantha directed all marketing communications activities worldwide, as well all marketing initiatives related to joint ventures and industry alliances. During her 5-year tenure, FNX grew from a relatively unknown derivatives software firm to a leader in its field, and one of the fastest growing companies in the US. Samantha holds a BA in International Affairs from James Madison University.

Robert Monteleone, Vice President, Client Services

Rob leads GAIN's client services division, including client relationship management and retail sales. Rob's decade of experience specializing in operations and customer service management includes six years at E*Trade Financial during the firm's hyper-growth stage. Hired in 1996 as a Brokerage Supervisor, Rob was promoted to Manager of the US Financial Services Division, responsible for launching E*Trade's first Client Services Support Center in Atlanta. Rob successfully grew the Atlanta support center to over 450 employees, while overseeing the day-to-day operations and delivery of client satisfaction and sales metrics. Later, as Director of Retail Sales and Operations, Rob headed up the formation of the physical retail division of E*Trade Bank and Brokerage, managing all operations for locations in over 20 cities. Rob holds a BA in Communications Management from State University of New York, New Paltz.

Timothy O'Sullivan, Chief Dealer

Tim manages the day to day operation of GAIN's trading desk. With GAIN since its founding, Tim has 20 years of experience trading spot & forward FX in the Interbank market. Previously, Tim was director of the NY Sterling desk at Merrill Lynch. Hired in 1994 to establish a presence in Asian Exotic spot & forward currencies, Tim subsequently assumed responsibility for the EMS currencies desk. In 1997, he launched the Mexican Peso desk and provided liquidity to develop customer business. Tim started his career at Standard Chartered Bank, spanning an eight-year tenure that included running forward books in DEM, and trading spot Far East and exotic currencies.

Michael Thwaite, Vice President, Technology

Michael is responsible for GAIN's systems infrastructure, including network and hardware configuration, connectivity, security, and back up/redundancy measures, among others. His 17-year background in information technology spans a range of roles, including systems engineering, technical support, platform/architecture design, and product development. Before joining GAIN in August 2001, Michael was Chief Technology Officer at Dene International, a UK-based financial technology software firm. Michael is a graduate of Kitson College of Technology and is MCSE certified.

Andrew Haines, Vice President, Application Development

Andrew manages the development effort of GAIN's proprietary trading platform as well as the firm's internal and customer-facing applications. Mr. Haines joined GAIN in June 2005, bringing with him with over 17 years of experience delivering business and trading solutions for major corporations in the financial and brokerage industries, including Merrill Lynch and Smith Barney. Most recently, Mr. Haines was Chief Information Officer and Vice President, Technology at Bluefly, the online retailer.

Jackie Schroeders, Vice President, Finance & Controller

Jackie Schroeders joined GAIN in 2004, bringing over 16 years of experience in finance. Most recently, she was VP of Finance for OMNI-Maintech. Prior to that, Jackie was responsible for the financial planning and analysis for the Americas Division of Galileo (Cendant Subsidiary). Jackie worked for nine years for Knight-Ridder, Inc., beginning in their internal audit division and advancing to Finance Director of Operations for their subsidiary, the Dialog Corporation. Jackie started her career with the Ernst and Young audit division. She holds a BS in Finance from Rutgers University, and an MBA from UC Berkeley.

Kenneth O'Brien, Vice President, Product Management

Ken works closely with GAIN's technology and marketing teams to define and implement GAIN's overall product strategy. Mr. O'Brien brings to GAIN a wealth of experience working in product management and business development roles at several leading capital markets software firms. Most recently, Mr. O'Brien was a vice president in charge of business development at Accurate Software, a U.K.-based provider of operational risk management solutions for banks, securities firms and corporations.
